These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sknyora.com and any purchase you make from SKNYORA (the "Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy. We may update these Terms from time to time as described in Section 16 — continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Who We Are

SKNYORA sells Fusion-5 Serum, a fully-disclosed multi-active skincare serum, directly to consumers through this Site. Every ingredient and its exact concentration is published on the product page and printed on the packaging — we do not use undisclosed "proprietary blends."

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country of residence, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract, to place an order on the Site. If you are ordering on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Products, Pricing & Availability

  1. All prices on the Site are listed in Saudi Riyal (SAR) and are subject to change without notice, except that a price change will never apply to an order you have already placed and had confirmed.
  2. We disclose real prices only. Any "compare at" or strikethrough price shown on the Site reflects the actual, current listed price of a real, purchasable product or variant — never a fabricated reference number.
  3. Product availability is limited by real inventory. Some variants — including the capped Founding 150 bundle described in Section 11 — are limited to a fixed quantity and may sell out.
  4. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an unfulfilled order, we will contact you before shipping to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price, or cancel and receive a full refund.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

  1. Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted, and no contract is formed, until we send you an order confirmation and the order ships.
  2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, error in pricing or inventory, or a violation of the cap described in Section 11. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

6. Payment

We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna, as shown at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman. Orders ship within 24 hours of confirmation and typically arrive within 2–5 business days, though delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control.

8. Subscriptions

Where offered, subscription orders renew automatically at the frequency you select, at the price and terms disclosed to you at signup. You may cancel a subscription at any time before its next scheduled renewal, with no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment.

9. Returns & the 60-Day Guarantee

  1. Every order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you use Fusion-5 as directed and are not satisfied with visible results within 60 days of delivery, contact us for a full refund of that order.
  2. No return of the product is required to receive this refund, and we will not ask you further questions to process it.
  3. The guarantee applies once per order, covering that order as a whole, regardless of the bottle count purchased.

10. Product Use & Skin Safety

  1. Fusion-5 is a cosmetic product. It is not a drug, is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
  2. We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before first full use, particularly if you have sensitive or reactive skin. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs.
  3. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a diagnosed skin condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use.
  4. Individual results vary. We describe typical timelines and experiences honestly, based on real testing and feedback, but we do not promise a specific result for every individual.

11. The Founding 150 Program

The Founding 150 program rewards the first 150 customers who purchase the designated 3-bottle "Founding 150" bundle with a lifetime discount, on the following terms:

11.1 — The Benefit

  1. A 50% discount applies to the qualifying Founding 150 order itself (reflected directly in that bundle's listed price), and to every order you place after it, for as long as SKNYORA continues to operate under its current ownership.
  2. This benefit applies to any current or future SKNYORA product or product line, without limitation to today's catalog.

11.2 — Ownership Changes, Sale, or Closure

  1. This benefit is offered by SKNYORA under its current ownership and operation. It continues for as long as SKNYORA continues to operate, under its current ownership, in its current form.
  2. If SKNYORA is sold, merged with or acquired by another company, restructured, or permanently closes for any reason, this benefit ends as of that event.
  3. Neither SKNYORA, its founder, any individual associated with SKNYORA, nor any acquiring, successor, or related party is obligated to continue, honor, replicate, or compensate for this benefit following such an event, and no liability of any kind attaches to any of them for its discontinuation. Any continuation of this benefit following such an event, if any, would be at the sole discretion of the resulting entity and is not guaranteed by these Terms.

11.3 — Eligibility & Limits

  1. The program is capped at exactly 150 qualifying customers, allocated strictly first-come, first-served, enforced by a fixed, limited quantity on the qualifying bundle itself.
  2. Once the cap of 150 is reached, the qualifying bundle will no longer be available for purchase, and we will not reopen or extend the program, or maintain a waitlist implying more spots may later be added, unless we explicitly announce otherwise.
  3. Each customer may qualify once. Purchasing additional qualifying bundles does not create additional discount benefits.

11.4 — Non-Transferability

  1. This benefit is personal to the customer account on which the qualifying order was placed. It is not a coupon or code, and cannot be gifted, sold, shared, or otherwise transferred to another person or account.

11.5 — Reasonable Use

  1. We reserve the right to review and, where there is a genuine, documented basis to believe fraud or abuse of this program has occurred (for example, the use of multiple accounts by the same person to exceed the one-qualification limit in Section 11.3(c)), decline to apply or to revoke this benefit for the account(s) involved.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product formulations as described — is owned by or licensed to SKNYORA and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our written permission.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to place fraudulent orders.

14. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  1. The Site is provided "as is." While we take care to keep information on the Site accurate, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of inaccuracies.
  2. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SKNYORA's total liability arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
  3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SKNYORA's operating entity is incorporated and registered from time to time, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  2. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of the Site, will be submitted to the competent courts of that same jurisdiction, unless we elect binding arbitration in that jurisdiction instead.
  3. If you are a consumer resident in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere in the GCC, nothing in this section limits any protection you are entitled to under mandatory consumer-protection laws of your own country of residence that cannot be waived by agreement.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes affecting active obligations — including the Founding 150 program in Section 11 — will not be applied retroactively to reduce a benefit already earned.
