60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
- Every order is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered.
- If you use Fusion-5 as directed and are not satisfied with visible results within 60 days, contact us at support@sknyora.com for a full refund of that order.
- No return of the product is required. We will not ask further questions to process your refund.
- The guarantee applies once per order and covers that order as a whole, regardless of the bottle count purchased.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, contact us at support@sknyora.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
An order can be cancelled or changed free of charge any time before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but remains covered by the 60-day guarantee above.
Refund Method & Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
